Intimate Desires Adult works very hard to get all orders out as fast as possible with the least amount of wait time, and to make sure that all of our customer’s packages arrive fast, discreet, safely and securely. Our fast and discreet dispatch service allows all of our fun loving customers to enjoy their purchases hassle-free and as soon as possible. Your privacy and security is important to us, therefore we offer the highest level of encryption when shopping with us. Your orders are shipped discreetly in plain packaging and will not include references relating to the product purchased or name of the site purchased from. For further discretion, the sender’s name will not be displayed on the parcel.

We offer UPS Shipping services including economy, ground, 3 day, 2 day, overnight and international shipping. UPS cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military bases. These orders must be shipped via US Mail.

USPS shipping is also available and their services include first class, priority, express and international shipping. USPS will deliver to every address in the United States including PO Box, APO/FPO. USPS does not deliver on Sundays or national holidays. We offer best rate program which will shop between all services offered to find the best shipping rate available.

We offer overnight and 2 day shipping. We guarantee that priority (overnight & 2 day) orders get out the same day, as long as we receive them before 12:00 PM EST.

Email verification is another great optional feature we offer thru UPS and USPS. If you provide an e-mail address, UPS or USPS will send you an email with the tracking # and date shipped which allows you to easily track and monitor your package. This email comes from UPS and USPS, and is totally discreet.

In most cases orders are processed to be shipped on the same day if the order is placed before 2:45pm (ET). You can determine your actual delivery time with the destination zip code during the checkout process. However Intimate Desires Adult reserves the right to take up to 3 business days for order processing and payment verification, before shipping out any order. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification from us which provides you with a tracking number and tracking information.

All orders placed through Intimate Desires Adult on https://intimatedesiresadult.com/ are processed Monday- Friday 9:00a - 5:00p PST (excluding holidays). Any order placed after 5 p.m. EST or on weekends begin processing the next business day. Any orders placed during US public holidays will be processed on the next business day. We do not ship any orders on national holidays. Listed below are the dates and holidays which we will be closed on, and will not ship or process any order.

FAQs

How Do I Get Free Shipping? – Free shipping is available for any order that totals $50 or more. If your order totals $50 or more, FREE standard shipping will automatically be applied during checkout.

Where Can I Ship My Order? – All Intimate Desires Adult orders can be shipped within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and to (some restrictions may apply) APO/FPO addresses, and (some restrictions may apply) PO Boxes.

Does Intimate Desires Adult Offer International Shipping? – At this time, we do not ship internationally. We only Ship in the United States of America.

Can I Check My Order Status or Do We Receive A Tracking Number To Track Shipping? – Every Intimate Desires Adult order will receive a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped we will send you an email notification which provides you with the Tracking number and Tracking Information. Please remember and note that Intimate Desires Adult cannot and will not guarantee any delivery time estimates that have been provided by USPS. Once the package leaves our Laboratory and is scanned into USPS tracking system, Intimate Desires Adult cannot and will not be held responsible for any unavoidable delays that may occur while the package is in the hands and care of the shipping carrier. Please remember it is your responsibility to review and submit accurate and correct shipping information to prevent any delays and any additional fees in the shipping process.

Are There Signature Requirements On Shipped Orders? - No signatures are required for any order. However Intimate Desires Adult reserves the right to add a required signature to any order for any reason at our discretion for security purposes, which may not be waived. Any packages or orders that are valued over $200 and shipped from one US address to another US address may require a signature at delivery. Because we do not require a signature, we would like to remind you that once the package is delivered to the address listed, it is your responsibility to make sure the package is received, and Intimate Desires Adult will not be held responsible for any package or packages that are or appear to be damaged, and/or become lost or stolen. We strongly encourage all of our customers to stay updated and frequently check the status of their package with the tracking number that we provide to you, or try to have someone available at the shipping address listed available who can receive the package upon delivery, whom is also at least 18 years of age or older.

Can I Change The Shipping Address On My Order? – Once an order is placed through Intimate Desires Adult the shipping address cannot be changed. You must cancel your Intimate Desires Adult order and place it again. If for any reason you are unsuccessful and are unable to cancel your order, please call us right away.
